Newtown - Miss Ruth Aydelotte, 80, retired employee of Newtown Central national Bank, died at 10:05 p.m. Saturday in St. Elizabeth Hospital, Lafayette. She had been in ill health one year. A native and life resident of Newtown, Miss Aydelotte was a graduate of Newtown HS. She was employed at the bank for 60 years, retiring in November 1977. She was a member of Newtown United Methodist Church and Order of Eastern Star, Chapter 282. Surviving is one sister, Mrs. Helen Ellis of Venice, Calif.
